Turning supply chain challenges into practical, scalable solutions.

This portfolio shows selected examples of how I converted challenges in planning, inventory, logistics, and manufacturing into Lean operating routines, decision tools, automation, and AI-enabled workflows. The focus is stronger execution, adoption, and measurable business value.

Transformation approach

From operating issue to sustained adoption

The approach combines supply chain leadership, SIOP, Lean problem solving, and enough technical knowledge to translate business needs into useful solutions.

01 • IdentifyDefine the issue, operating risk, root causes, and baseline.
02 • DesignTranslate business needs into process logic, data, KPIs, and a business case.
03 • ImplementBuild or coordinate the solution, test it with users, and integrate it into daily work.
04 • SustainDrive training, adoption, standard work, governance, and benefit tracking.

Selected transformation cases

Project information is anonymized. Outcomes are clearly identified as measured, estimated, or projected.

Supply Chain Control Tower

End-to-end visibility • SIOP • Management decisions
Management visibility

Business issue

Service, materials, inventory, logistics flow, quality, and people indicators were reviewed in separate sources, making it harder to identify priorities and connect operational risks.

Solution and role

I designed a unified management view that connects key supply chain signals, highlights exceptions, and allows leaders to move from high-level performance to the detail behind each issue.

Business value

One management view
Improves visibility, supports SIOP and daily operating reviews, and helps focus decisions on the most relevant risks and actions.

MRP Exception Management and ASN Automation

Planning discipline • SAP integration • Standard work
Implemented

Business issue

Recurring SAP exception messages and ASN updates consumed planning capacity and depended on individual work methods.

Solution and role

Defined the workflow, designed the business logic, developed and deployed an SAP-integrated solution, and led testing, training, adoption, and support.

Business value

~42 hours/week
Estimated planning capacity released, with daily use and more consistent execution.

Automated Container Visibility

Inbound logistics • Carrier ETA • SAP ASN workflow
Implemented

Business issue

Teams checked carrier sources individually and then updated inbound information manually, slowing response to ETA changes.

Solution and role

Designed a workflow covering approximately 200 monthly containers, refreshing carrier ETA information three times per week and using macros to update SAP ASNs.

Business value

20+ hours/week
Estimated administrative capacity released while improving shipment visibility and update consistency.

Demand-Risk Scoring

SIOP input • Customer demand • Production scheduling
Implemented

Business issue

Weekly demand changes required time-consuming review and made anomalies harder to identify consistently.

Solution and role

Designed and implemented a scoring workflow using historical patterns and trends for customer service and production scheduling.

Business value

Weekly use
Faster analysis and easier identification of demand anomalies.

Intralogistics Capacity Analysis

Lean flow • Labor and equipment • Scenario planning
Decision support

Business issue

Production requirements were expressed in units per hour without a consistent model for routes, cycle time, labor, and material-handling equipment.

Solution and role

Defined the operating logic and built a repeatable model to compare required and available capacity and evaluate flow alternatives.

Business value

Fact-based scenarios
Supports resource, route, and automation decisions without claiming unmeasured savings.

Additional solutions

Broader digital operating toolkit

Plant Layout Measurement

Converts static layouts into measurable inputs for routes, space, and capacity analysis.

PFEP and Route Modeling

Connects material points, routes, stops, and replenishment logic on the actual floor.

Warehouse Capacity Analysis

Evaluates usable area, product allocation, volume, and capacity constraints.

Material Coverage Visibility

Organizes shortage, coverage, and exception signals for faster operating decisions.

Interplant Route Monitoring

Uses supplier GPS, geofences, and collected data across three routes to analyze cycle time, deviation, and plant dwell.

Current innovation portfolio

Concepts and business cases under evaluation

These initiatives are kept separate from implemented results.

AMR Intralogistics

Business case for three AMRs supporting raw-material-to-WIP and WIP-to-shipping flow, targeting annual capacity equivalent to 12 FTEs. Benefit is projected.

Drone Inventory Verification

Concept for receiving-warehouse cycle counting and improved inventory reliability. Investment is not yet approved.

WIP Sensing and AI Visibility

Concept to identify material shortages earlier and reduce downtime caused by delayed replenishment visibility.

About

Operational leadership with digital leverage

I am a Supply Chain and Operations Leader with experience in automotive and appliance manufacturing. My work connects SIOP, Lean management, global logistics, inventory governance, and practical digital solutions. I start with the business issue and use analytics, automation, and AI when they improve decisions, standardization, or execution.
